Delivery times vary by shipping method and location. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days to most US addresses. Express delivery arrives within 1–2 business days with priority handling. PO Box and APO/FPO deliveries take 5–7 business days, and are completely free.

We ship across the United States with free standard delivery. We're actively working on expanding to Canada and other international destinations — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping launches.

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at hello@halewellness.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement to be sent out right away at no cost to you.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the delivery address for you. Please contact us at hello@halewellness.com as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to redirect it.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@halewellness.com.

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on every order. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, simply contact us at hello@halewellness.com with your order number. We'll provide a prepaid return label, and once we receive the product back, your full refund will be processed within 5 business days. No questions asked.
